摘要
目的分析东北玉簪的超临界CO2流体萃取成分。方法用超临界CO2流体(SFE)萃取东北玉簪全草,并用GC-MS技术分析其化学成分。结果确定了34个峰的成分。结论 34个化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction(SFE) components of Hosta ensata.METHODS The whole plant of Hosta ensata was extracted by SFE and GC-MS was used for analysis.RESULTS 34 kinds of components had be identified.CONCLUSION These compounds were identified for the first time from this plant.
