摘要
本文以宝鸡市植物园引种的25个玉簪种或品种为研究对象,在物候观测、形态学特征观测的基础上,进行了基于R型聚类、主成分分析和Q型聚类的数量分类学研究,并对其不同种类之间的亲缘关系结合物候表现进行了深入的分析和探讨。R型聚类显示了性状选取的合理性,主成分分析表示花长、叶宽、叶色和花色的贡献率较大,最终选择了11个重要特征进行Q型聚类。结果表明花朵大小可以作为一级分类指标,把试材分为花长大于6cm的大花类和花长小于6cm的小花类2类;叶宽可作为二级分类指标,把试材分为大型叶品种,中型叶品种和小型叶品种;叶色可以作为三级分类指标,把试材分为深绿色叶,花边色叶,黄绿色叶和浅绿色叶4类。在Q型聚类中,综合各类指标的特点,可将25个供试材料划分为4个大类。研究结果对玉簪属植物在相应地区的园林应用、育种和栽培具有一定的参考价值。
Taking 25 Hosta species or varieties introduced in Baoji Botanical Garden as the research object,based on the observation of phenology and morphological characteristics,quantitative taxonomy research based on R-type clustering,principal component analysis and Q-type clustering was carried out.In-depth analysis and discussion were made on the genetic relationship and phenological performance among different species.R-type clustering shows the rationality of character selection.Principal component analysis shows that flower length,leaf width,leaf color and flower color have a greater contribution rate.Finally,11 important features are selected for Q-type clustering.The results show that the flower size can be used as the first-level classification index.The test materials are divided into two types:large flowers with flower length greater than 6cm and small flowers with flower length less than 6cm;leaf width can be used as a second-level classification index,and the test materials are divided into large flowers.Leaf varieties,medium leaf varieties and small leaf varieties;leaf color can be used as a three-level classification index,and the test materials are divided into four types:dark green leaves,lace-colored leaves,yellow-green leaves and light green leaves.In Q-type clustering,based on the characteristics of various indicators,25 test materials can be divided into 4 categories.The research results have certain reference value for the garden application,breeding and cultivation of Hosta plants in corresponding areas.
