摘要
由于我国纯系少数民族遗传资源日趋减少,为了保护和保存现有少数民族遗传资源,我们在中央民族大学每年新入学学生中选择三代之内无外族通婚史、互相无亲缘关系的各民族健康个体,在知情同意原则下,采集其外周血液2 mL,以非离心柱法提取全血基因组DNA,经过质量控制和筛选后,建立了中国少数民族基因组DNA样本库.该库的建立对于维护国家基因资源安全和区域健康安全具有重大意义.
In order to protect and preserve the existing ethnic groups genetic resources, we selected healthy subjects of various nationalities from newly enrolled students in Minzu University of China who have no the history of miscegenation within three generations, and they are unrelated. Under the principle of informed consent, we collected peripheral blood 2 mL and extracted genomic DNA by RelaxGene Blood DNA System （Non-centrifuge column method ）. After quality control and screening, we established genomic DNA sample bank of Chinese ethnic groups. This sthdy is of great significance for safeguarding gene security of nation and improving regional health.
