摘要
为保存中国不同民族基因组遗传资源,建立中国少数民族全基因组DNA样本库.按照临床采血标准,遵守知情同意原则,采集不同民族志愿者外周血2mL,采用全自动核酸提取设备高通量提取DNA,经质量控制后编号入库,建立了包含545例样本的中国少数民族全基因组DNA样本库.本研究将为研究人类起源、环境与遗传背景相互作用提供物质基础,为探索疾病病因、诊断技术和治疗策略提供资源保障.
To preserve genetic resources of different Chinese ethnic groups' genomes and establish thesample bank of the genome-wide DNA,2 mL peripheral blood was collected from each volunteer of differ-ent ethnic minorities according to the clinical blood collection standards and complying with the principle ofinformed consent. Automatic nucleic acid extraction machine was used to conduct high-throughput extrac-tion of all blood samples,and the samples were numbered and put in the bank after passing quality control.The established sample bank of the genome-wide DNA includes 545 samples from ethnic minorities. Thebank will provide material basis for the research of anthropogenesis and interaction of environment and ge-netic background;it will also serve as a resource for disease treatment and diagnostics.
