摘要
立足于业主角度对招标过程造价控制的概念、影响因素分析及具体的造价控制措施等进行分析,建立了一套招标过程造价控制的体系,重点对建设工程合同管理做了详细阐述,以期更好地从源头把造价控制好。
This article based on the owner from bidding process cost control concept, influence factor analysis of cost control to a specific measures, has established a set of bidding process cost control system. Based on a contract for construction project management in detail, in order to better the cost control from the source.
