摘要
工程建设的造价控制贯穿于工程建设全过程,从业主角度阐述了在不同的阶段,业主方对造价控制工作应注意的问题及解决办法。指出在工程设计阶段应引入竞争机制,选择高水平的设计单位,同时设计方案要明确,避免后期设计变更频繁;在工程施工阶段,要从现场实际出发,选择经济可行的施工方案,切实减少现场签证;在工程结算阶段主要通过提高人员素质,设置例会和采取二级审核等措施来控制造价。
Cost control is carried out throughout the entire process of project construction.From the viewpoint of the employer,the paper expounds noticeable issues and solutions in cost control for the employer during different phases.It also points out that during design phase,competition mechanism should be introduced to choose design institutes with high level and design plan should be clearly specified to avoid frequent design modification at a later phase;during construction phase,economic and feasible execution plans should be selected based on site realities to minimize site verifications;during settlement phase,the cost is controlled by means of improving staff quality,holding routine meetings and adopting secondary verification.
