阐述了建筑工程管理全过程控制的必要性,提出了在招标过程中对工程造价控制的措施以及建筑施工企业如何加强造价管理的方法,从而使企业的管理水平和经济效益得到进一步提高。
The author describes the necessity of the construction project management＇s whole control, provides measures of controlling project cost in the process of bidding, and the methods of how to enhancing cost management in construction enterprise, thus make the management level and economical benefit of the enterprise further improve.
