摘要
芳砜纶(PSA纤维)稳定的分子结构使其具有良好的热稳定性和耐化学性。PSA针刺毡过滤材料在250℃高温环境下的热力学、热收缩稳定性明显好于PMIA、PPS、PI等其他常用芳香族耐高温纤维过滤材料;耐酸、抗氧化性能较好,经85℃、30%硫酸处理2h及经200℃高温处理200h后用质量浓度17%次氯酸钙溶液处理2h的PSA针刺毡总体断裂强力保持率在90%以上;更适宜应用在酸性工况环境下,在一定高温条件及低浓度酸性条件下,PSA纤维及针刺毡过滤材料的断裂强力还会有所提升。PSA纤维独特的耐温耐化学特性,使其在250℃高温过滤领域具有一定优势,在工业炉窑袋式除尘领域应用前景良好。
Polysulfonamide ( PSA) fiber has excellent thermal stability and chemical resistance due to its stable molecular structure. At 250℃,PSA fiber’s thermodynamics,heat shrinkage stability is obviously better than PMIA,PPS,PI and other common aromatic high-temperature filter media. It also has good property of acid and antioxidant resistance. After treated with 30% sulfuric acid soaked for 2 hours at 85℃ or at 200℃ for 200 hours or 17% calcium hypochlorite solution for 2 hours,the total breaking strength retention of PSA fiber needle-punched fabric is more than 90% ; so it is more suitable for application in acid conditions or under a certain high temperature and low concentration of acidic. The breaking strength of PSA fibers and its needle-punched fabric still can be improved. PSA fibers has unique chemical properties of temperature resistance and certain advantage in the field of high temperature filtering at 250℃,so it will have a good prospect in the field of industrial bag filters.
