摘要
针对电解铝用普通涤纶和涤纶覆膜两种滤料,分别采用缝纫线缝合和热熔缝合两种不同的缝合工艺,实验测试并对比了这两种滤料在不同的缝合工艺下的静态过滤效率,讨论了缝合工艺对滤料过滤特性的影响。结果表明:同种材质滤料分别用粗针细线、细针粗线、热熔三种缝合工艺缝合后,采用热熔缝合工艺的滤料过滤效率最高,过滤阻力也最大;采用粗针细线缝合工艺的滤料过滤效率较高,过滤阻力较大;细针粗线缝合工艺的滤料过滤效率最低,过滤阻力也最小。
For ordinary polyester and polyester with polyester laminating,and respectively use sewing thread stitching process and hot melt suture stitching process,and test and compare static filtration efficiency of these two kinds of filter material at different stitching process,and discuss the impact of the stitching process on the filtration properties. The results show that: the same material were sewed with coarse needle and fine lines,fine needle and bold lines,and hot melt,the filter material with heat stitching process has the highest filtration efficiency and filtration resistance. The filtering efficiency of filter material sewed with the fine needle and bold lines is higher,and the filtration resistance is bigger. The filtration efficiency of filter material with coarse needle and fine lines stitching process is the lowest,and its filtration resistance is the smallest.
