聚酰亚胺纤维耐环境影响性研究 被引量:2

摘要 将自制的均苯四甲酸二酐/4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(PMDA/ODA)(简称PO)体系和PMDA/ODA/2-(4-氨基苯基)-5-氨基苯并咪唑(BIA)(简称POB)体系聚酰亚胺(PI)纤维与P84纤维进行耐环境影响性对比,人工模拟酸、碱、有机溶剂和紫外辐照等环境老化条件,分析处理后的3种纤维的断裂强度、纤维表面形貌以及红外微观结构的变化。结果表明:常温下,3种纤维均具有较好的耐酸性,POB体系纤维的耐酸性高于其他2种纤维,PO和POB体系具有较好的耐碱性和耐有机溶剂性能;3种纤维耐紫外性能依次为POB,PO,P84;POB体系的PI纤维在复杂环境下处理后力学性能保持得最好,且微观结构基本保持不变,展现出优良的耐环境性能。 The environment resistance of homemade polyimide (PI) fibers of pyromellitic dianhydride/4,4'-diamino diphenyl ether (PMDA/ODA, PO for short) and PMDA/ODA/2-(4-aminophenyl)-5-aminobenzoimidazole (PMDA/ODA/BIA, POB for short) and P84 fiber was contrasted. The change of breaking strength, surface morphology and microstructure of three fibers was analyzed under different simulated aging conditions of acidic and basic environment, organic solvent and ultraviolet irradiation. The results showed that all these three fibers offered fairly good acid resistance at room temperature, the fiber of POB system was better than the other two fibers in acid resistance, PO and POB systems had fairly good alkali resistance and resistance to organic solvents, and the ultraviolet resistance of these three fibers was ranked as POB, PO and P84 from best to worst ; the PI fiber of POB system maintained the best mechanical properties, kept the mierostructure almost unchanged and exhibited excellent envi- ronment resistance after treating under various environment.
