摘要
在高等法学教育中,模拟法庭是一种能够将理论和实际紧密结合起来的实践性教学方法。它有自身的特点,如果运用得当,可收到良好的教学效果,使学生既长知识,又长技能,从而体现出诸多教育价值。
In higher jurisprudential education, the moot court, which has its own characters, is a teaching method that can integrate theory with practice. If it is used properly, it will make students increase their knowledges and technical abilities. So, the teaching method has many values.
