摘要
目的:拟建立一种快速检测灭鼠毒饵中溴敌隆含量的方法。方法:采用甲醇直接提取灭鼠毒饵中溴敌隆,HPLC法进行测定。结果:本法测定灭鼠毒饵中溴敌隆,溶液浓度范围在0 mg/L～100 mg/L线性关系良好,相关系数0.9998,检出限为0.11 mg/kg,相对标准偏差小于4.0%;样品加标回收率为89.0%～96.4%。结论:方法快速简便,准确可靠,用于实际样品检测,结果令人满意。
Objective：To set up a method for rapid determining the quantity of bromadiolone in the raticides.Methods：The samples were dealed with CH3OH and detected bromadiolone by HPLC.Results：This method had good relativity（r0.9998） between 0 mg/L～100 mg/L and good analytic precision（RSD4%）.The samples′ average rates of recovery were 89.0%～96.4%.The detection limit were 0.11 mg/kg.Conclusion：The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible.
