摘要
目的:探讨薄层色谱法快速检测中毒样品中的敌鼠钠、溴敌隆、溴鼠隆、杀鼠迷、杀鼠灵。方法:以薄层色谱法进行定性和半定量。结果:在同样的条件下五种鼠药能够在薄层板上很好的分离,且不需要使用显色剂。结论:本方法操作简便快速,结果可靠,适用于基层单位对食物中毒的可疑样品进行快速检测。
Objective：To develop a method for the rapid determination of sodium diphacinone,bromadioione,brodifacoum,coumatetralyl,warfarin in poisoning samples by thin-layer chromatography.Methods： The sample was analyzed by thin-layer chromatography.Results： Five rodenticide baits can be separated in selected condition.Conclusion：The method is rapid,simple and accurate.It can be used for rapid analysis of poisoning samples.
