摘要 目的:探讨建立动力型肺动脉高压(PH)的方法及途径.方法:利用同种异体成年犬左锁骨下动脉,在幼犬降主动脉与左下肺动脉之间搭桥,造成降主动脉向左下肺动脉分流,建立幼犬动力型单侧PH模型.结果:该模型分流后3mo左下肺动脉收缩压(11.13±1.51)kPa,[分流前为(1.36±0.32)kPa,P<0.001],左下肺动脉收缩压/体动脉收缩压力比值为0.67(分流前为0.13,P<0.001),肺动脉压显著增高,光镜及硫酸钡肺动脉灌注造影显示肺动脉内膜增生,中层肥厚.部分肺动脉阻闭.结论:该模型产生的血流动力学特征明显,全组成活率高,适于基础及临床研究用. AIM: To set up a model of unilateral dynamic pulmonary hypertension(PH). METHODS: Using left subclavian artery from homologous adult dogs, a shunt from descending aortatolower left pulmonary artery was created in juvenile dogs. RESULTS: The lower left pulmonary artery pressure was 11.131.51 kPa 3 months postshunt, compared with 1.360.32 kPa of preshunt (P<0.001), and the ratio of the lower left pulmonary systolic pressure to systemic artery systolic pressure was 0.67 compared with 0.13 preshunt partial. There was a significant increase of pulmonary artery pressure (P<0.001). Morphometric analysis of microscope and the sulfate bariumfilled pulmonary artery contrast revealed intimal hyperplasia, medial hypertrophy and partial obliteration in pulmonary arteries . CONCLUSION: The model established is of remarkable hemodynamic characteristics with high survival rate, and is suitable for both preclinical and clinical studies of PH.
