摘要
缺乏统筹规划与执法力度弱,农村居民点布局散、表象乱、环境差、规模小、"空穴"多、宅基地用地超标等,是当今中国农村住宅用地存在的突出的问题。文章从农村社会经济发展、新农村建设、农业现代化、促进农村卫生教育改革与发展等方面,分析农村居民点整理的必要性与整理驱动力。
There are outstanding problems in our countryside housing land,such as the lack of overall planning,enforcing the law is feebleness,the position is scattered,the bad environment,the small scale,lots of empty house,the area of curtilage overproof,etc.The paper analyses the necessity and driving force to clean up the countryside residential area from the views of rural community economic development,new rural reconstruction,agriculture modernization,reform and development of rural medical treatment and education.
