摘要
城镇土地的优化配置是实现我国城市化目标的重要保证。针对我国城镇土地利用中存在的问题,从深层次分析了产生这些问题的原因,提出了改革并完善我国的土地征用、土地交易等制度,以及合理利用城镇土地的对策。
It is an essential guarantee for realizing urbanization goal to allocate urban land efficiently. On the basis of analyzing existing problems in urban land use, the authors believe that shortcomings in urban land use systems cause the problems, such as inefficient urban land use. Therefore, we should reform land expropriation, land trading system to use urban land reasonably.
