摘要
为了保证农村居民点整理整体目标的实现,应从政策、规划、管理等多角度设计有效的实施机制,推动居民点整理工作高效、健康运行。
In order to ensure the achievement of the overall objection of rural settlements arrangement, the paper designs the effective implementation mechanism from multi-angle such as policy, planning and management, to promote the rural settlements arrangement efficient, healthy operation.
