摘要 介绍了食用菌保鲜包装的重要性,概述了气调包装(MAP)技术对新鲜食用菌品质的影响及国内外的最新研究进展,为食用菌保鲜包装中包装技术及材料选择提供指导。 The authors introduced the importance of fresh-keeping packaging for edible fungi,summaried the effect of modified atmosphere packaging(MAP) technology on the quality of fresh edible fungi and the latest research progress worldwide in the domain.Guidance is provided for the packaging technique and material selection in the fresh-keeping packaging of edible fungi.
