摘要
目的:探讨麦芽醇(MT)在缺血性急性肾功能衰竭中的作用。方法:雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、缺血再灌注组(IR)、MT治疗组。利用急性缺血再灌注损伤的大鼠模型尾静脉注射麦芽醇。再灌注24 h后处死大鼠,取血、肾脏标本。全自动生化、分析仪检测血生化肾功能改变。免疫印迹方法测定Bcl-2、Bax的表达。结果:与对照组相比,IR组肾脏/体重指数、血清Scr、BUN和血钾显著升高(P<0.05),经MT治疗后,肾脏/体重指数、血清Scr、BUN和血钾水平明显下降(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,IR组Bcl-2、Bax表达升高(P<0.05),经MT治疗疗后,Bcl-2表达升高(P<0.05),Bax表达降低(P<0.05)。结论:麦芽醇在肾氧化应激性损伤中具有一定保护和协助修复的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of maltol(MT) on ischemia injury in rat kidney.Methods: Male Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group,ischemia reperfusion(IR) group and MT group.Rat renal ischemia reperfusion model was performed by placing the microvascular clamp in both renal arteries for 60 minutes.Rats in each group were killed after 24 hours.Serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and kalium were determined using automatic biochemistry analyzer.The expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins were also examined.Results: The renal/weight index, plasma levels of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and kalium in IR group were higher than those in control group and lower than those in MT group(all P〈0.05).Compared with that in control group,the expressions of bcl-2 and Bax in IR group were increased in IR group,but MT could increase the expression of Bcl-2 and decrease the expression of Bax as compared with IR group.Conclusion: Maltol can protect renal functions after ischemia reperfusion injury.
