摘要
目的研究麦芽醇对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法采用双侧颈总动脉结扎法建立大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型。观察脑组织含水量及脑组织匀桨中Na+、Ca2+、兴奋性氨基酸(EAA)、脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的动态变化及麦芽醇对上述指标的影响。结果麦芽醇可明显降低缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织含水量、脑组织Na+、Ca2+, EAA及MDA含量。结论麦芽醇有抑制大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤作用,其机制可能与其抑制脑组织内Ca2+及EAA含量,抑制脂质过氧化作用有关。
Objective To investigate the protective effects of maltol(MT) on cerebral ischemia and reperfusion damages in rats.Methods An ischemia and reperfusion model was established by clipping bilateral cervical arteries.The contents of hydrate,Na +,Ca 2+,excitability amino acid(EAA) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in cerebral tissue were detected.Results Maltol can obviously decrease the contents of these targets(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Maltol can inhibit the damages of ischemia and reperfusion in rats.The mechanism may be related to inhibiting the content of Ca 2+ and EAA in cerebral tissue and decreasing the process of lipoid peroxydation.
