摘要
本文应用P50测定法,观察离体自然衰老的红细胞、同一人体不同胞龄的红细胞、正常人不同年龄组红细胞以及受过氧化氢(H_2O_2)损害的红细胞,发现衰老及氧化损伤都可致红细胞P50下降,表明P50是红细胞衰老的一个指标,直接支持“氧化致衰老”学说。体外实验表明麦芽醇有保护红细胞、防止P50下降及血红蛋白(Hb)外渗的作用,提示此物对红细胞具有抗氧化损伤的作用。
Using ABLL-505 auto-blood gas instrument,we measured the P50 of incubated RBC(37℃), including different mature RBC (drawed from one person),RBC from different aged groups of normal people and RBC damaged by H2O2.We found that oxidation decreased the P50 values. P50 may be used as a mark of RBC aging.The results also supported the theory of aging from oxidation. When maltol was added to incubated RBC in vitro,it could protect the P50 of RBC from decreasing and Hb leaking out.So the maltol may possess the capability of anti-oxidation.
