紫外分光光度法测定聚维酮K30中氮含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立测定聚维酮K30中氮含量的紫外分光光度法。方法用碱性过硫酸钾在120~124℃消解、氧化聚维酮K30成硝酸盐,用紫外分光光度法测定聚维酮K30的氮总量,并用t检验法对结果进行分析。结果氮质量浓度在0.40~4.00μg/mL范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,加样回收率在98.0%~103.8%之间,RSD为1.0%~2.0%,与凯氏微量定氮法无显著性差异。结论紫外分光光度法测定聚维酮K30中氮含量,比凯氏微量定氮法更简便、省时,重复性高,且样品和空白能同时消解。 Objective To establish an ultraviolet spectrophotometric method for the determination of the total nitrogen in povidone K30.Methods Povidone K30 was oxidated and turned to nitrate by alkaline posassium persulfate at 120-124 ℃.We determined total nitro-gen in povidone K30 by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method and analyzed the results by t-test method.Results The linear relationship was well within the concentration range of nitrogen as 0.40-4.00 μg /mL,with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 9,the recovery rate of 98.0-103.8% and the relative deviation of 1.0%-2.0%.The experimental results showed no significant difference with the Kjeldahl(the nation-al standard testing method).Conclusion The determination of the total nitrogen in povidone K30 by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method is a simpler,faster method with high repeatability than the Kjeldahl method,which can realize simultaneous digestion of samples and blank.
