摘要
目的改进淀粉-阿司匹林颗粒的处方工艺,提高片剂的溶出度。方法在处方中增加聚维酮K30,用等量递加混合法增加物料的均一性。结果及结论改进后的淀粉-阿司匹林颗粒压片后溶出度≥90%,溶出度稳定性良好。
Objective Improve the prescription process of Starch - Aspirin granules to increase the dissolution of tablets. Method Add povidone K30 in the prescription. Increase homogeneity of the materials by the method of increment by equal quantity. Result and conclusion After the process was improved, the dissolution of Starch - Aspirin tablets were more than 90% and the stability was good.
