摘要
以长江望龙门、寸滩断面水样和嘉陵江磁器口、大溪沟断面水样为测定样品 ,研究了影响总氮测定的因素。结果表明 ,在测定地表水水样时 ,取样自然沉降时间、过硫酸钾溶液的配制与保存、待测水样 p H值和氧化液处理方式是影响总氮测定的主要因素。
The factors of determination of total nitrogen were studied based on monitoring water sections of wanglongmen and cuntan of the yangtze river and daxigou and ci qikou of the jialing river,which shows that the chief factors are natural sedi menting time of water sample,compounding and preserving of potassium persulfate solution, pH of water samples and handling way of oxidation solution.
