摘要
为了探讨大豆卵磷脂对小鼠机体免疫功能的影响,,进行了低、中、高剂量大豆卵磷脂连续灌胃小鼠30天,观察对小鼠脾指数变化、巨噬细胞吞噬能力和溶血素产生能力的影响。结果表明:与空白对照相比,大豆卵磷脂显著增强小鼠单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清功能和提高溶血素产生能力,对脾指数影响显著。结论提示大豆卵磷脂具有增强免疫的作用。
In order to research the effect of soybean lecithin on immune activity, ICR mice were used to fed with different dosage soybean lecithin. The thymus index, phagocytic index and erythrolysin were examined. Results: the treatment groups increased the phagocytic index and erythrolysin. The study indicated soybean lecithin can enhance immune activity.
