摘要
解放军北京某医院从2007年4月开始对传染病进行网络直报。收集2007年5月1日至2009年5月31日2年间各科室的传染病报告卡,与"医院信息系统"中出院患者疾病谱数据进行对比,发现在收卡的数量、报卡的时效和填卡的准确度等方面均较前有较大程度的提高。因此网络直报系统的建立,在提高了疫情报告时效性的同时,也提高了医务人员临床传染病报告卡填报的合格率,减少了漏报率和迟报率,但也存在少量填写不规范等问题,针对存在的问题提出了相应的改进措施。
The network reporting system for communicable diseases was put into operation from April,2007 in a hospital of People＇s Liberation Army.The report cards of various departments collected from May 1,2007 to May 31,2009 were compared with the disease spectrum of discharged patients recorded in the hospital information system.It was found that the number of reported cards,timeliness of report and accuracy of card filling had escalated greatly than before.Therefore,the establishment of a direct network reporting system improved the timeliness of epidemic reporting and increased the number of qualified report cards of communicable disease filled by medical workers,reducing false negatives and detention.Corresponding improvement suggestions were proposed in this study to address issues such as non-standard filling of report cards.
