摘要
目的掌握青岛市市北区传染病网络直报零缺报单位信息并分析出现零缺报情况的原因,为健全和完善网络直报工作提供依据。方法对从中国疾病预防控制信息系统调取的传染病网络直报医疗机构2013-2015年传染病报告情况进行统计,同时以调查问卷的形式对全区网络直报医疗机构进行普查,统计传染病网络直报工作相关因素。结果青岛市市北区2013-2015年传染病网络直报零缺报率呈下降趋势。2015年30家网络直报单位中24家(80.0%)配备了传染病报告专用电脑;23家(76.7%)专用电脑使用年限不超过5年。直报工作人员30人中医学相关专业26人(86.7%),非医学相关专业4人(13.3%);初级及以上职称27人(90.0%),初级以下职称3人(10.0%)。无零缺报单位网络直报工作人员对传染病防治相关知识的掌握程度均高于零缺报单位。结论青岛市市北区传染病网络直报工作质量逐年提高,应重点从疫情工作人员业务素质着手减少零缺报,加强传染病管理。
Objective To obtain the mainly cause of absence missing report,so as to provide foundation for improving and strengthening the network reporting. Methods Infectious disease reports（ 2013-2015） were picked from the China information system for disease control and prevention. And network reporters from every medical institution were tested by questionnaire to summarize the related factors influencing network reporting. Results There is a decreasing trend of zero absence rate of infectious disease network reported from 2013 to 2015. 24（ 80. 0%） of the 30 direct network units in 2015 are equipped with a dedicated computer for infectious disease reporting; 23（ 76. 7%） dedicated computers have a useful life of no more than five years. 26（ 86. 7%）,non-medical related professional 4（ 13. 3%）,junior and above titles 27（ 90. 0%）,junior titles below 3（ 10. 0%）. No zero missing units of the network directly reported that the staff of infectious diseases prevention and control related knowledge to master the degree of higher than zero missing units. Conclusion The quality of network reporting of infectious disease was improving. And it is important to enhance the professional ability of network reporters.
