摘要
[目的]用PGPR混合菌液接种马尾松幼苗,以了解它们对幼苗生长和根际微生物的综合效应。[方法]接种6个月后,测定苗高、地径、根际细菌、真菌、固氮菌、解无机磷菌、解钾菌7个指标对接种效应进行综合评价。[结果]接菌对马尾松苗高、地径生长的影响差异达显著性水平。其中第8、10、11、12、19、20处理的苗高生长量增幅达18%以上;1、3、8、19、21处理的地径增幅超过20%。接种促生菌后马尾松苗木根际微生物总数增加的有13个处理。固氮菌增加的有9个处理,解磷菌增长的有9个处理,解钾菌增长的有13个处理。各类根际微生物数量都比对照增加的有第9、10、11、13处理。综合效应排在对照之前的共有15个处理,前3位的是第10、11、和19处理。[结论]以固氮菌N11或N13为主菌,P3和K8为副菌的混合液接种综合效果最好。
[Objective] The synthetic effect of PGPR co-mixture bacterial strains,which was inoculated in Masson pine(Pinus massoniana) seedling,on its growth and rhizobacteria around its root was researched.[Method] Seven indexes related to the Masson pine growth including the height of seedling,the diameter of basal-stem,rhizobacteria,bacteria,fungus,azotobacter,phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria and potassium-solubilizing bacteria was measured in the 6th month after the seedling was inoculated with the PGPR strain.[Results] The inoculation of PGPR significantly promoted the height of seedling,the diameter of basal-stem of the tree;among 21 treatments,the height of seedling was beyond 18% in Treatment 8,Treatment 10,Treatment 11,Treatment 12,Treatment 19 and Treatment 20;and the diameter of basal-stem was beyond 20% in Treatment 1,Treatment 3,Treatment 8,Treatment 19 and Treatment 21,respectively.Total number of microbe around the root was raised in 13 treatments after the PGPR was inoculated;the number of azotobacter was increased in 9 treatments;the number of phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria was increased in 9 treatments;and the number of potassium-solubilizing bacteria was increased in 13 treatments.The number of all rhizobacteria was increased in Treatment 9,Treatment 10,Treatment 11,and treatment 13,compared with that of the CK.The synthetic effect of fifteen treatments were beyond that of the CK,and Treatment 10,Treatment 11and Treatment 19 were ranked the top-three place in all of the treatments.[Conclusion] The efficiency of the co-mixture strain with azotobacter N11 or N13 as main component and P3 and K8 as assistant bacteria on Masson pine growth was best.
