摘要
修正后的光滑管摩阻系数可用于表示锅炉分配集箱的摩阻系数.动量交换系数也被表示为流速的函数.引入一个描写分配集箱流动行为的非线性数学模型.在变摩阻和变动量交换系数的条件下获得了控制方程的分析解,并与实验结果进行了比较,其分析解比以往的常系数解更符合实验结果和物理现象,常系数解成为变系数解的一个特例.还获得了表示集箱流动特性的无量纲参数。
Based on the analytical studies of experimental data, the friction coefficients in the dividing header could be expressed by those in the smooth header through a corrective factor. The momentum exchange coefficients were formulated for the velocity function. Then a nonlinear mathematical model describing the flow behavior in the dividing flow header was introduced in terms of a momentum balance. Analytical solutions of the governing equation were obtained with the varying friction and momemtum exchange coefficients and compared with the experimental results. The present solutions agreed better with the experimental results and physical phenomena than the previous ones of constant coefficients. The constant coefficient solutions were become a special case of the variable coefficients solutions. The dimensionless parameters affecting flow distribution were also identified and discussed.
