摘要
本文研究了均匀开孔与非均匀开孔直管液体分布器的流量分配。结果表明,改变孔径可有效地提高流量分配的均匀性。根据修正动量方程和实验数据计算并关联了动量摩擦修正系数。对小孔阻力系数进行了测定和关联。提出了变孔径直管液体分布器的设计方法,并给出设计示例。
The flow distribution of the straight-pipe liquid distributors with uniform and non-uniform holes are studied in this paper with result that the flow uniformity can be effectively improved by changing the hole diameter. The momentum-friction modified coeficient is calculated and related by using mod fied moment equation and the experiment data. The resistance coefficient of the small hole is me(?) and related. A design technique and an example are given.
