均匀分流、变节距多孔分配管的设计 被引量:5

摘要 电厂锅炉的汽包配水管应保证给水沿汽包长度均匀分布。单侧进水的汽包配水管布置简单,并减少了汽包上的开孔数量,配水管上采用变节距分配孔以保证汽包长度方向上的均匀分流。目前关于分配集箱的模型不能简单的应用于汽包配水管的设计,有关文献根据模化试验得到的设计原则,给出了分配管变节距开孔的方法。该文摒弃了分配集箱研究中经常引入的2个假设:即均匀分流的假设及不存在沿程摩擦阻力损失的假设,从质量守恒最基本的原理出发,建立了分配管分支流动的物理模型,获得了均匀分流、变节距分支流动的分析解,为均匀分流、变节距多孔分配管的设计提供了一套更接近物理真实的方法。 It抯 important to maintain uniform flow distribution along drum length for feed water pipe in utility boiler. One-side arrangement for feed water pipe on drum is simple and the quantity of orifices on drum decreases, it adopts variable pitches in multi-orifices distributing pipe to balance water flow. Models for boiler抯 dividing header can抰 be simply used for designing feed water distribution pipe, some literature presented methods to attain variable pitches in multi-orifices distributing pipe depending on modeling experiments. Discarding uniformed flow distribution hypothesis or no-viscosity-resistance hypothesis, which are often used in investigating dividing header, this paper presented flow models of multi-orifice distributing pipe basing on mass conservation, analytical solutions were obtained for balanced-flow-distribution pipe with variable pitches, Measures more approaching actual phenomena were provided to design variable pitches in multi-orifices distributing pipe.
