摘要
针对扩展卡尔曼滤波算法(EKF)和无迹卡尔曼滤波算法(UKF)在处理飞机供电系统的交流电压频率估计方面所表现出的估计精度和实时性问题,提出了一种采用中心差分计算EKF中非线性函数一阶导数的基于中心差分扩展卡尔曼滤波(CDEKF)算法。理论分析和仿真表明:CDEKF虽然计算时间比EKF稍有增加,但比UKF的计算时间少,而计算精度比EKF有显著提高,与UKF的计算精度相当。
Aiming at the problems of the estimation accuracy and real-time performance which consisted in the frequency estimation of aircraft AC power supply system by either extended kalmanfilter(EKF) or unscented kalman filter(UKF),an improved central difference extended kalman filter(CDEKF) was presented in this paper.This algorithm used the central difference formula to calculate the first-order derivative of EKF nonlinear function.Theoretical analysis and simulation experiment showed that,compared with EKF and UKF,although calculation time of CDEKF is slightly longer than that of EKF,it was less than that of UKF.Moreover,the accuracy of CDEKF was significantly higher than that of EKF,and was nearly the same with that of UKF.
