摘要
基于高碘酸钠氧化果糖产生甲醛,甲醛与酚试剂反应生成绿蓝色有机物,此产物在630nm处有最大吸收,建立了果糖的检测方法。实验采用单因素法探索了氧化和显色反应的最佳条件,并对其氧化和显色机理进行了探讨。
A novel method for the determination of D-Fructose was developed.The method was based on the oxidation of D-fructose by sodium periodate and the oxidation product,formaldehyde,which can be reacted with MBTH-HCL to give a cyan organic compound having adsorption peak of 630nm.The optimal condition of oxidation and chromogenic reaction was studied.
