摘要
目的:探讨甘露醇氧化分析方法。方法:利用中国药典甘露醇原料含量氧化还原方法。结果:甘露醇在浓度范围17～140μg/mL内,消耗高碘酸钠摩尔数符合公式y=1.0293x+0.0009,呈线性关系。结论:甘露醇具有不完全的氧化性。
Objective： The method reach in oxidation of mannitol are investigated.Methods： Mannitol content of raw materials by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia method for oxidation-reduction.Results： In the concentration range of 17-140ug/ml mannitol,the consumption of sodium moles found the formula y=1.029 3x＋0.000 9 that showed a linear relationship.Conclusion： Mannitol under different conditions with incomplete oxidation.
