棉织物多醛类抗皱交联整理剂的合成及应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用高碘酸钠对蔗糖进行选择性氧化,制备多醛基抗皱整理剂--蔗糖多醛,利用盐酸羟胺-甲基橙滴定法测定其醛基含量,并利用FT-IR分析蔗糖多醛结构。考察了该整理剂对棉织物的抗皱整理效果和亲水性能。结果表明:当高碘酸钠与蔗糖物质的量比为1∶3时,整理剂中的醛基质量摩尔浓度最高,为18.67 mmol/g。当蔗糖多醛质量浓度为150 g/L,氯化镁质量浓度为20 g/L,pH值3,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间3 min时,所整理棉织物的折皱回复角最大为245°,白度82.8,强力保留率大于65%。通过亲水性测试可知,蔗糖多醛整理织物的润湿时间仅为5.24 s,极大地提高了整理棉织物的亲水性。 Sucrose polyaldehyde is prepared by selective oxidation of sucrose with sodium periodate. The aldehyde group content is determined by hydroxylamine hydrochloride-methyl orange titration, and the structure of sucrose polyaldehyde is analyzed by FT-IR. The anti-crease effect and hydrophilicity of the finishing agent on cotton fabric are investigated. The results show that when the molar ratio of sodium periodate to sucrose is 1∶3, the highest concentration of aldehyde group is 18.67 mmol/g. When sucrose polyaldehyde is 150 g/L, magnesium chloride is 20 g/L, pH value is 3, the curing temperature is 160 ℃, and the curing time is 3 min, the maximum wrinkle recovery angle of the finished cotton fabric is 245°, the whiteness is 82.8, and the strength retention rate is more than 65%. According to the hydrophilicity test, the wetting time of the fabric treated with sucrose polyaldehyde is only 5.24 s, which greatly improves the hydrophilicity of the finished cotton fabric.
