摘要
为玉米自交系的改良及杂交种品种的选育提供参考,扩增我国玉米育种的种质基础,按NC-Ⅱ设计,用玉米Suwan-1/Mo17改良系(14个)及未改良的Mo17与我国4大玉米种质组配出60个杂交组合,对组配组合的9个主要农艺性状及产量进行了方差分析,并进一步研究玉米Suwan-1/Mo17改良系的小区产量的配合力方差。结果表明,在玉米Suwan-1/Mo17改良系中,除株高的一般配合力方差未达到显著水平外,穗位高、小区产量、百粒重和穗长等8个农艺性状均达到极显著水平,且一般配合力方差均大于特殊配合力方差。玉米Suwan-1/Mo17改良系小区产量的一般配合力(GCA)效应值最高的自交系是07D-202,而测验种的一般配合力(GCA)效应值最高的是丹340。特殊配合力(SCA)效应值最高的组合是06 c-2314×黄早四,小区产量最高的组合是QB402×黄C。
9 main agronomic characters and yields of 60 hybrid combinations of 14 Suwan-1/Mo 17 improved lines and Mo 17 × four main maize germplasms in China(as testing varieties) were analyzed by using the NC-Ⅱ design to expand maize germplasm and provide a reference for inbred line improvement and hybrid variety breeding in China,and further studied the combining ability of plot yield of Suwan-1/Mo 17 improved lines.The results showed that the GCA's variance of 8 main agronomic characters(ear height,plot yield,100-grain weight,ear length,et al.) except plant height of 14 Suwan-1/Mo 17 improved lines reached a very significant level,and their GCA's variance was all higher than their SCA's variance.07D-202 line and Dan 340 had the highest GCA of plot yield in Suwan-1/Mo 17 improved lines and testing varieties respectively.The combination with the highest SCA was 06c-2314×Huangzaosi and the combination with the highest polt yield was Q8402× Huang C.
