摘要
采用NCⅡ遗传交配设计,用5个Suwan选系与我国五大种质的骨干自交系组配了25个组合,研究了Suwan种质的配合力、基因型方差及遗传力,并初步选出了Suwan选系的杂种优势配对模式:Suwan选系×旅大红骨,Suwan选系×瑞德马齿。5个Suwan选系中T32的一般配合力最高(4.7),产量最高的组合是T32×B84(30.1 kg/4.8m2)。
Five Suwan lines were crossed with five self-lines with major maize germplasm in China by using NC Ⅱ heredity mating design to study the combining ability, genotypic variance and genetic ability. The results show that the heterosis mating patterns are Suwan lines × Ludahonggu and Suwan lines × Reid, the general combining ability of T32 in five Suwan lines is the highest(4. 7) and the combination with highest yield is T32 ×B84(30. 1kg/4.8m^2 ).
