利用桥梁亲本导入玉米热带种质优良基因的研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过桥梁亲本将玉米热带种质优良基因导入到温带种质,目的是改善杂交后代的分离与选择效果。本研究热带玉米种质选用正大619和迪卡007,温带玉米种质材料选用郑58,桥梁亲本选用对光不敏感的群体选系材料冀5306,分别组配2组S0群体,其中,A组为热带种质与郑58杂交;B组为热带种质首先与桥梁亲本冀5306杂交,再与郑58杂交。自交和回交后代均采用穗行种植,分别调查各世代材料的自交结穗率,以及生育期、籽粒类型、穗行数和抗倒性等基本性状。结果表明:各世代材料的自交结穗率、籽粒类型和穗行数等性状均表现为B组优于A组,抗倒性为A组强于B组。选用光不敏感性材料作为桥梁亲本可提高温带与热带种质的生殖亲和性,与单纯回交相比,能够创造和保留更多的有利变异,大大提高导入和选择效果。 To improve the effects of division and selection of hybrids by importing tlae positive genes oi tropical maize germplasm into temperate maize germplasm with bridge parents. Zhengda 619 and Dika 007 were chosen as tropical maize germplasms, Zheng 58 was chosen as temperate maize germplasm and Ji 5306 acted as bridge parents. The tropical germplasms hybridized with Zheng 58 in group A, in group B tropical germplasms hybridized with Ji 5306 first, then hybridized with Zheng 58, the selfprogeny and backcross progeny were planted in row, then the basic traits such as the ear setting percentage, growth period, grain types, row numbers per ear, lodging resistance of each generation materials were investigated. The results showed that the ear setting percentage, grain types and row numbers per ear of each generation materials in group B were better than that of group A, while the lodging resistance in group A was stronger. Therefore, choosing less photo-sensitive germplasms as bridge parents could promote the reproduction compatibility of temperate and tropical germplasms, creating and maintaining more favorable variations.
