摘要
按Griffing完全双列杂交模式4设计,对7个自交系主要穗部性状进行配合力及遗传力分析,结果表明:(1)D 902、苏65、1043单穗粒重GCA效应较高,丹大粗混穗粗,穗行数GCA效应较高。(2)21份组合中,苏65×1043、丹大粗混×96-132、丹大粗混×D 902、1441×1043、1043×交51等组合单穗粒重SCA较高,为强优势组合。(3)穗长、穗粗、穗行数、百粒重4个性状受加性基因效应影响大,宜早代选择;株高、行粒数、穗位高、秃尖、单穗粒重受非加性效应影响大,宜晚代选择。
According to the Griffing' s mode fourth,7 inbred lines 4 panicle characters combining ability and heritability were tested. The results showed that :( 1 ) the GCA of D 902, Su 65 and 1043 on grain weight per spike were higher,Dandacuhun had increased in ear diameter,GCA of ear rows was higher. (2) Su 65 × 1043, Dandacuhun × 96-132, Dandacuhun ×D 902,1441 ×1043,1043 ×51 were superiority combination among 21 combinations, and the combination of single grain weight of SCA was higher. (3) the character of ear length, ear diameter, rows per ear and grain weight were influenced by the additive gene effect, early generation selection was the best method to take;plant height, grain number per row, ear height, ear, grain weight per panicle affected by non-additive effect, should be selected later.
