摘要
通过分析组合材料的特点,为筛选出符合目标性状的优良亲本组合。采用双列杂交的方法按照P(P-1)/2对9个不同的亲本材料进行配合力分析,结果表明:EGM、云油199、沈137等亲本材料的一般配合力高,EGM×云油199、沈137×云油199、T8×EGM等组合的特殊配合力高。从对各性状遗传参数的分析结果可知,各性状主要受加性基因遗传影响,而受环境条件的影响较小,均能较真实地将亲本的这4个性状遗传给F1代。
In this experiment, authors analyzed 9 different parent materials in order to screening excellent portfolio in double cross hybrid method according to the formula of P(P-1)/2. The results showed: EGM, yunyou-199, shen-137 and other parent materials had high combining ability. The combination EGM × yuny- ou-199, shen-137 × EGM × yunyou-199 and T8×EGM had high special combining ability. According to the results of the genetic parameters of each trait, all traits were mainly impacted by additive genetic effects, and less conditions of environmental, It was descended from parents to F1.
