摘要
目的:利用水提法提取花椒挥发油,观察其对PC12的损伤作用,明确花椒挥发油的抗肿瘤活性。方法:用水蒸气提取法提取花椒挥发油,并用吐温80助溶,用倍比稀释加入细胞中,观察其在一定的时间内(48h)对细胞的杀伤作用,并用形态学直接检测、SRB、MTT方法检测其损伤水平。结果:浓度≥2mg/mL挥发油中,PC12有明显的损伤作用。在浓度>0.5mg/mL的挥发油中,PC12的生长出现抑制作用。结论:本实验结果显示花椒挥发油对PC12有明显的抑制作用,其具有的抗嗜铬细胞瘤活性。
Objective：To use the Water vapor reflux to extract Zanthoxylunm Maxim Volatile oil,observe the lethal effect on PC12,to clear the anti-tumor activity of Zanthoxylunm Maxim Volatile oil.Methods：used the Water vapor reflux to extract Zanthoxylunm Maxim Volatile oil,and tween-80 to solubilize volatile oil.Added to cells with volatile oil dilution over 48h.Used morphology observation and SRB and MTT to observe to lethal effect on PC12.Results：when the concentration of volatile oil ≥2 mg/mL,volatile oil had obvious lethal effect on PC12.When the concentration of volatile oil ≥0.5 mg/mL,volatile oil had inhibition the growth on PC12.Conclusion：the experimental results show that volatile oil had obvious lethal effect on PC12,it had Anti-tumor activity of pheochromocytoma.
