摘要
花椒在我国栽培面积大,产量高。近年来研究发现花椒精油具有多种药理作用和临床功能,现就20年来花椒精油的提取方法、化学组分和药理作用等研究作一综述。
Cultivated area of Zanthoxylum bungeanum in China is large,and yield is high.The recent researches showed that the Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil had many pharmacological effects and clinical functions.In this paper,the extraction,composition and pharmacological effects and other researches in 20 years on Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil were summarized.
