摘要
科技创新是一个国家经济迅速发展的重要因素,而作为创新主体之一的高校一直都是科技创新的源头。改革开放之后,经济发展迅猛,其中高校科技创新对此产生了积极的影响。本文经过多方考证和探究,建立了一套高校科技创新能力评价指标体系,以期为评价高校科技创新能力和促进高校科技创新能力的提升提供参考依据。
Science and Technology innovation can facilitate the rapid development of national economy, and universities have been the source of science and technology innovation. After the reform and opening up of China to the world, technology innovation in universities has been playing an active role in it. On the basis of research and exploration, this paper establishes a set of evaluation index system of technology innovation ability of universities, so as to appraise and improve university science and technology innovation ability.
