摘要 [目的]利用RAPD技术研究7种菊科药用植物的遗传多样性及亲缘关系。[方法]从50条10 bp随机引物中筛选出10个多态性好的引物进行RAPD扩增,扩增DNA片段数据用UPGMA聚类法构建系统发育树。[结果]10条引物共扩增出337条带,多态性带337条。聚类结果显示,RAPD分子标记构建的系统发育树在族内属间与传统分类系统一致。[结论]该研究可为菊科药用植物的鉴别提供参考,并为针对性地进行菊科植物的保护提供依据。 [Objective]The research aimed to analyze 7 species of medical plants from Asteraceae by random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) analysis.[Method] 7 species of medical plants from Asteraceae were amplified by 10 selected primers from 50 primers,and the results were generated by UPGMA algorithm to cluster genetic distance caculated from RAPD data.[Result] 10 selected primers were able to produce 337 clear polymorphic bands which were all polymorphic.The genetic results based on RAPD markers were consistant with that of the traditional classification to some extent.[Conclusion] The study can provide reference for identifing medical plants from Asteraceae,and lay basis for its corresponding protect.
