摘要
为探讨菊科药用植物铝含量及存在状态,对云南17种菊科植物中铝含量进行分析。在17种菊科生药和水提取物中铝含量的频数分布均为正偏态;生药样品与水提取物中铝含量间有显著的线性相关(P<0.01),其回归方程为:y=7.453+0.037x。植物中铝的提取率算术平均值为4.196%,说明植物中水溶态的铝相对较低,不溶态的铝含量较高。降低了人体过量摄入铝的可能性。
To explore the levels and existence states of aluminium in the compositae plants for medicine,the aluminium contents in 17 compositae plants growing in Yunnan were determined The results showed that the frequence distribution of the experimental data for aluminium contents in the raw plants and water extractions from 17 plants presented positive skewness Significant correlation between aluminium levels in the raw plants( y )and its water extractions( x )was observed( P<0 01 ) The regression equation was =7 453+0 037x The mean of extraetion rates of aluminium was 4 196% for the raw plants It indicated that the levels of water soluble aluminium were relative lower,and non water soluble aluminium were higher in raw plants So the possibility to intake aluminium excessivety from mentioned above mcdical plants for population was minimized
