摘要
针对以分道通航制为主的船舶定线制没能很好地解决各主要交通流汇集区域的船舶会遇问题,结合船舶定线制航道交叉口与道路平交路口的相似性,引入交通冲突相关研究方法,并将其与水上交通已有的概念结合,进行船舶定线制警戒区的安全研究。通过船舶定线制航道交叉口交通流冲突的研究,对局部水域的安全状况进行评价,寻找改善措施,减少警戒区交通冲突的发生,降低事故率,减轻事故严重程度,从而改善船舶定线制交通流复杂水域交通安全状况,并为优化船舶定线制的设计方案提供参考。
To counter that the ships′ routing can′t resolve the ships′ encountering with a higher rate at precautionary areas,and considering the similarity between ships′ routing channel junction and the flat crossing of road,we study on the safety of the ships′ routing precautionary areas by applying traffic conflicts technology and methodology combined with the existing sea transport research methods.Introducing the traffic conflicts into the research on the traffic conflicts at ships′ routing channel junction,we find the losses and control measures of traffic conflicts.All these will help us improve the safety situation in regional waters.This method can provide a reference for improving the design of ships′ routing.
