摘要
研究在无活性剂存在条件下铜离子与显色剂形成配合物从而进行分光光度法检测铜的最佳测试条件。铜离子与显色剂在波长475nm处有最大吸收,Cu2+的含量在0.6~64μg/10mL范围内呈直线关系,直线回归方程为:A=0.0114C-0.004(A-吸光度,C-μgCu2+/10mL),相关系数为r=0.9994,其表观摩尔吸光系数为:0.072×105L·mol-1·cm-1。摩尔比法及等摩尔连续变化法测定配合物的组成比为n(Cu2+):n(显色剂)=1:1。
The best Cu2 delection condition by spcctrophotometry was researched frocn formation of Cu2 and chromogenic reagent in no active agent existing. The max adsorption of Cu〉 and chromngenic reagent was hi 475nm, the line relationship was appeared when the concentration of Cu〉 ;vas 0.6~64 μg/10mL, the linear regression equation was .4 0.0114C-0.004. r=0.9994. theε=0.072×10^5 L·mol·cm^-1 n(Cu〉):n(显色剂)=1:1.
