摘要
以 8 -羟基喹啉 ( Ox)作为修饰剂制备化学修饰电极 ,用于痕量镉的伏安法测定 .研究了支持电解质种类及酸度、修饰膜厚度、富集电位、富集时间、扫描速度等因素对伏安曲线的影响 ,获得较为优化的测试条件 .在 0 .1 mol/L HAc- Na Ac缓冲溶液 ( p H4.0 )中 ,Cd( )的浓度在 4.0× 1 0 - 8mol/L~ 7.0× 1 0 - 6 mol/L范围内与其氧化峰电流呈良好线性关系 ( r=0 .9933) ,检测限达 2 .0× 1 0 - 8mol/L .该电极具有很好的重现性 ,在含 2 .0× 1 0 - 6 mol/LCd( )试液中连续测定 1 0次 ,其 RSD为 7.8% .本法用于实际水样测定 。
The glassy carbon electrode modified with 8 hydroxy quinoline was used to determine trace Cd(Ⅱ) by anodic stripping voltammetry. The effect of the type and acidity of electrolytes, the thickness of 8 hydroxy quinoline membranes, accumulationpotential, accumulation time, scan rate on the response of Cd(Ⅱ) were investigated to acquire optimum conditions. In 0.1mol/L pH4.0 HAc-NaAc butter,there was an excellent linearity between oxidation current and concentration of Cd(Ⅱ) in the range from 4.0×10 -8 mol/L to 7.0×10 -6 mol/L( r =0.9933) with a detection limit of 2.0×10 -8 mol/L. The electrode had very good repeatability.Its relative standard deviation(RSD) obtained from 10 continuous determinations of the same solution containing 2.0×10 -6 mol/L Cd(Ⅱ) was 7.8%. This method was used to determine water samples with satisfactory results.
