双硫腙修饰玻碳电极溶出伏安法测定镉

Determination of Cadmium Based on Diphenylthiocarbazone Modified Glass Carbon Electrode by Stripping Voltammetry

摘要 建立了基于双硫腙修饰玻碳电极的电流型传感方法,并对其检测条件和性能进行优化。该法检测镉的回归方程为I_(Cd)=-8.152×10^(-7)-2.841×10^(-5) C(mg/L),R2=0.997 7(P<0.0001),SD=1.3066×10^(-7),检测的线性范围为0.02~1.0mg/L,检测限为10μg/L,样品平均回收率超过95%。检测结果可靠,检测时间短,食品中常见的其他金属基本不会产生影响。 Electrochemical sensor based on diphenylthiocarbazone-modified glass carbon electrode was developed,and the detection condition and performance were optimized.The equation of this method was ICd=-8.152×10^(-7)-2.841×10^(-5) C(mg/L),R2=0.9977(P<0.0001),SD =1.3066×10^(-7).The linear range of detection is 0.02-1.0mg/L,the detection limit is 10μg/L,and the average recovery rate is over95%.The test results are reliable,fast and less effected by other metals.
