摘要
采用瞬变平面热源法测量了纳米Al2O3粉体分散于去离子水制备成的悬浮液的导热系数,分析了悬浮液的pH、分散剂的质量份额、纳米Al2O3粉体的质量份额等因素对悬浮液导热系数的影响。结果表明:在pH为8左右的时候,纳米Al2O3-H2O悬浮液的导热系数较大;悬浮液的导热系数随纳米Al2O3质量份额的增加而增加;在Al2O3纳米颗粒与SDBS分散剂质量分数比为1∶1时,悬浮液的导热系数较大,随着分散剂质量分数的增加,悬浮液的导热系数降低。
Al2O3-H2O nanosuspensions were prepared and their thermal conductivities were measured by using a transient hot-wire method, the factors which can influence the thermal conductivities of Al2O3-H2O nanosuspension including pH, the weight fraction of dispersant and the weight fraction of Al2O3 nanoparticles were mainly discussed. The experimental results showed that: the thermal conductivity of nanosuspensions was biggest when the pH was about 8; the thermal conductivities of the studied suspensions increased obviously with the weight fraction of the Al2O3-H2O nanoparticles; the thermal conductivity of nanosuspensions was biggest when the weight fraction ratios of Al2O3 nanoparticles and SDBS dispersant wasll, but more dispersant added to suspension will lower the thermal conductivity of the suspension.
